Q. How do I place my order on the site?
To place your order :-
- Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart; once finished, click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
- You will reach a login page where you need to log into your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you will need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
- You will need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- Select your shipping method and click “next” button.
- Choose your payment method click “next” button.
- Reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email that you used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, but only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Order status that are 'in shipping' or 'shipped' will not be canceled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
Delivery takes about 1 to 3 working days (for local orders with ready stock). Items that are preorder will take 3 to 7 working days, once confirmed.

Return and Exchange Policies
Return of Defective / Faulty / Incorrect products received
- Please inform the Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at 016-6535300 upon receipt of such product(s) and these product(s) should be returned as a whole (not the defective part alone, unless it has been consulted with the Customer Service team) within 7 working days from date of receipt.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective / faulty / incorrect within 7 working days, upon receipt and verification from us. This is subject to availability of stock on hand. We will reimburse normal postage for defective / faulty / incorrect item(s) sent. Should there be no stock available at the time of exchange, customers will be provided store credit until the availability of stock or said store credit can be used for a different product.
- Items returned will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, unused and with original packaging. Jumping Baby Jacks has the right to decline an exchange if the item is not in it's original packaging when returned.
- A refund will only be given if there are no stocks on hand for exchange or if the item in question has been discontinued from the Brand owner and no alternative products are deemed suitable.
- Jumping Baby Jacks will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- No returns are allowed if warranty has been registered.
- No cash refund policy.
- Jumping Baby Jacks will not be liable should you purchase our product(s) from any third party. We will not entertain any such request for exchange.

- We engage third party courier companies for delivery. Thus, we do not take responsibility for damage caused from delivery, unless you opt for insurance.
